the rest of today's tours

This is the Olympic Aquantic Center, also known as the Water Cube
Closer view of the Bird's Nest.
Bird's Nest from the Olympic.

Part of the Great Wall.

Silk Factory in Beijing.

Onto Lunch at a place included in our tour fee, pretty good stuff. I was surprised how feeling it was of the food I ate. Onto the Silk factory, DH has really wanted a quilt like thing he had slept under while he was in Ukraine last year. We got one for our bed at home, along with cover, two king size pillow cases, and a square pillow cover for Aimee's bed.
We then went on a Ricksaw tour thru the Hutong neighborhoods & invited into a person's home. Definitely poverty in the area, yet the people took pride in their homes and themselves.
Barbara got a guy to take DH & I to find a camera, well it ended up being a one time camera. But at least it's a camera.
Tommorrow will be our tours of the Great Wall and Jade factory and hopefully to see the Bird's Nest(the Olympic stadium)
Enjoyed our tours, but I'm so ready to be able to take Aimee in our arms, this is the main reason we came to China. Just keep us and her in your prayers daily.

When do you get to see Aimee? And once you see her, do you take her with you right away or take some time to visit and get to know her? I am so excited!! Gio and I can't wait to meet our new niece!!
