Two Month Home

We've been home now two months with our beautiful daughter and we thank the Lord daily for this miracle in our life! For our 2nd month celebration of being home, we spent it in the emergency room with Miss Aimee, she decided to get out of her Daddy's truck by herself and fell, her ankle was so swollen in just a few minutes, put ice on it, etc..they x-ray it, said nothing was broke, a severe sprain: sent us home with RICE (rest, ice, compress, and evelavate) Have you ever tried to get a 6 year old to do this, no such luck! Now her ankle is black and blue and toes swollen. We're hoping it will improve quickly, she's suppose to be fitted with her new AFO (brace) for that foot on June 1, so please everyone pray for this to happen!

I tell her Aimee you need to put your foot up, don't walk on it, etc...She always asks WHY? This is her favorite word right now, everything you tell her..why!
